familiar. if you travel in brooklyn, we do have some fire department activity to watch for. 49 miles per hour coming out of the northeast on 95. we are looking good on the west side, 63 miles per hour. looking good here on the outer loop northeast side. 11 minutes on the outer loop west side. this is the north side in the area of harford road. it is delay-free at this time. we switch over to the west side at liberty road. it looks fine and in great shape. the only problem spots is in brooklyn. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> a state trooper suspended after authorities accuse him of distributing child pornography. >> he is out on bail this morning. jennifer franciotti joins us with more. >> bruce tucker had spent the last eight years on executive prevention detail. his duties included protecting martin o'malley. now the maryland state police veteran stands accused of distribution of child pornography. we have some video of bruce tucker. we have interviewed him a number of times. police began their investigation last month. a search of his home revealed over 3000 images of child

towards the chesapeake. brooklyn park, you're still getting nasty weather right now, but again, fortunately the storm has weakened some as it comes over the south side of baltimore, therefore, no tornado warning, but again just to take another good look at this thing. you can see we're still dealing with strong weather down on the south side of town here. the potential here that it could reintensify again, it's not out of the question. but at the moment, below severe limits, again, tracking the storm closely for you here. up through brooklyn park and ferndale and down through lakeshore. areas looking for some rough weather, but again, things will be getting quieter now it looks like as again this storm has weakened below tornado warning limits. we will find out in short order if anything touched down over on the southwest part of town. we will head back to you, rosie. >>> we will check back with wyatt a little bit later or as conditions permit. >>> it another news this afternoon, today, first lady michelle obama made a stop at camden yards to get help from major league baseball

for the double shooting in brooklyn. a woman was shot in the leg and a man shot several times around 10:00 a.m. yesterday morning in the 4200 block of pan street. both are in the hospital, and no word on the woman's condition, but the man died a short time later. police have arrested 41--- a 41- year-old man after investigators say he shot a man. the victim was taken to shock trauma and later died. police have identified the man killed in the hotel shootout with police. 34-year-old eric stokes died outside of the ramada inn to yesterday morning. when officers confronted stokes, he opened fire. when officers returned fire, stokes was killed. the baltimore sun reports dr. anderson alonso has called for an investigation into allegations at anderson elementary school. last year, the baltimore elementary school received national recognition from the u.s. education secretary arne duncan after hundreds of more than normal students passed the reading exams. the city is getting some well deserved recognition for dramatically improving its immunization rates. the city is working to help famili
